All us real estate gossips and celebrity property watchers knew this day was a comin ‘ and that day, lamb cakes, has arrived. Recently deceased actress Brittany Murphy’s hairrific widower Simon Monjack contacted the folks at gossip juggernaut TMZ to let them know that Miss Murphy’s mother–who now, apparently, controls Miss Murphy’s assets–hoisted her Hollywood Hills home on to the market with an asking price of $7,250,000. The 8,000 square foot house at the tail end of Rising Glen Road is where the young actress died of a complicated causes having to do with pneumonia, iron deficiency anemia and multiple (prescription) dug intoxication while taking a shower on the 20 th of December 2009.
